Are all IRCs the same?

Hi Riders, I have been riding for a few months now and I am looking to signup for an Intermediate Riding Clinic (IRC). The closest ones to where I live are in Newark (2 wheel safety) and Pleasant hill (NCMT). There is also a small price difference ($250 vs $275) between these courses. Are there any difference between different IRCs offered by various schools in terms of content?

If you're talking about "Total Control" IRC then I think yes, they are. Instructors are probably have same cards with same exercises, since they all are based on "Total Control" book.

PCX,

Full disclosure, I'm a 2 Wheel Safety instructor, but I present this without bias.

All IRC's are designed with the same exact content. Identical exercises and curriculum. That being said, the quality of instructors (unavoidably) varies.

Good on ya for seeking higher level training! Regardless of where you take it, I know you'll find incredible value in it. As instructors, we still take IRCs/ARCs regularly and it's amazing how much I discover every time despite the curriculum being the same.

Thanks, I have signed up for IRC with 2 wheel, as it is the closest. Looking forward to it...

Let us know how it goes! I'm really interested in taking an IRC and it seems 2 Wheel Safety is the closest to me as well.
