So Arc Levers in Southern California boasts of their lifetime warranty, "just send it to us with $15 and get a new one in days". Well they also sold their levers through Moose as "Mooseracing Arc".
Recently I bent my brake lever on my dirtbike and tried to warranty it through Moose, who then told me to go through Arc. So I email Arc and ask them if the warranty process would be the same. I receive a response a couple days later stating "Because of the discounted price, no there is no lifetime warranty".
So I emailed them back screen shots from several vendors on line, Mooseracing Arc brake levers $59.95 to $69.95. Then another screen shot from parts unlimited catalog, Arc Brake levers $65. So I'm still trying to see where this who "discounted price" thing is because it sure looks to me like the price is basically the same.
It would be a damn shame for them to have kept their name on their same exact product, added "mooseracing", sold them for the same price and took away all warranty. Especially when my back up "Tusk" brake lever for $7 that functions about the same, has the same "no warranty".
