Not enough pics in this thread.
Here is the front of my system. That's a 55 inch TV, and an 11 foot high ceiling for reference.
Outlaw Audio 990 PrePro and 7200 7 channel amp.
7.1 system with ESS AMT6 Pro front, ESS AMT3 Rock Monitor surround, ESS AMT3 Rock Monitor rear surrounds, ESS PS bookshelf center and a Velodine 16inch ported sub.
I have it set up so I can also run it as a dedicated Quad system.
Technics Vertical Linear tracking turntable.
Oppo disc player for SACD, DVD-A, DTS and other stereo and multi channel formats.
Headphone mixer for 4 headphones.
LED audio Analyzer.
More.
* ESS: Sound as clear as Light.

I'd move a rack elsewhere and give the speakers a bit more room around them but if you enjoy, that's what counts.

My front three and Velodyne DD15 sub. Usher V602/V603.

Soundscape up here used to carry Usher but then the owner retired and the new HiFi/A-V shop, Lavish Audio, no longer carries them which makes some sense as the US distributor is simply awful.

Will only replace the front three if my home burns down in a wild fire. :laughing

As you can tell, dusting not a strong suit. 60" Panny Plasma.

Very nice, congrats.

I too have my couch bang up against the wall so had to go with an unusual rear surround location that "shouldn't" work but indeed it works very very well.

Photo on the far left of the photo is my now 35 year old daughter who I paid to paint the canvas "tapestry" in the center. She did that about 15 years ago.

Helped cut down sound reflecting off the wall behind me which muddled the sound.

I should really clean up the lousy job on the wire running up the wall though!

Glad I am not the only one with the "shitty" rear wires look :laughing

Okay so i ran wire today and the wife isn't pissed so it can't look that bad :laughing .Still want to angle those heights a bit better but like i said earlier, the bracket doesn't allow for any adjustability unfortunately so gonna see how it sounds. Short of a remodel i think I'm about done messing with it though to be honest. Still 95% listening to music through 2 channels and the subs and I'm content. Don't really get much chance to sit down and watch movies, least the way i want to. Almost 100% of my television watching is done in bed using the built in speakers :laughing

How did you cover it going up to the ceiling though?

Looks good enough to me!

Congrats on getting spousal approval.

Are those two subs on the counter areas next to the TV?

I think I'm going to order some Ghost Wire for my rears but then again..............................................................I probably won't! :laughing

I'm just not that OCD and, thankfully, neither is the wife.

How does it sound or don't you have any Atmos content on hand?

Yes, pair of psa v1811's

That ghost wire is expensive. Cool, but expensive. My longest run is like 60' or so, donno if 16 gauge is enough for that distance but probably woulda been fine considering the speakers, but i mostly didnt wanna wait.

Have a couple UHD discs, watching john wick 2 now...with distractions. Will report back at a later time :laughing
