9th Circuit ends California ban on high-capacity magazines

So the decision is that limiting the clip to 10 rounds infringes on right to bear arms? If someone needs more than 10 rounds to stop a threat perhaps they need some target practice? I’ll bet all the potential mass shooters are jumping for joy right now. Just wait and see what happens.

Soooo what you're saying is, you're joyful and blew out your knees jumping?

Did they ever do the En Banc hearing on this or will the time limit run out and the 10 round limit gets struck down that way? I am crossing my fingers for you guys. AFAIK even with no mag limits down here in LA there has been no increase in mass shootings. The only one I know of was a person that was off their meds and shot up a theater and that was a few years ago.

My orders into brownells, palmetto state, and tombstone tactical all went through.

We'll see what gets shipped.

So did any of your orders go through?

Furthermore, how would anyone know if your magazines were purchased during the loophole period? There are no serial numbers/manufacture date on them, are there?

On injection molded plastics there are. However, there's also no law against stippling any part of a magazine so you can maintain positive tactical control.
