So the decision is that limiting the clip to 10 rounds infringes on right to bear arms? If someone needs more than 10 rounds to stop a threat perhaps they need some target practice? I’ll bet all the potential mass shooters are jumping for joy right now. Just wait and see what happens.

Question is where does it go from here? En banc, SCOTUS, ....?

Many firearm cases that were ruled favorable for gun rights have ended up en banc. That is my guess, but we will have to see what happens. Pretty sure this is not the end of the case, though.

Do you really believe a magazine ban is enough to stop someone from obtaining it with some effort? lol, thats cute

Yeah, and all of the states that have always allowed standard capacity magazines are awash with disastrous mass shootings every day as a result. you would think California would learn from this incredible carnage.

Have magazine = kill people. It cannot be the choice of an individual, it is always the force of an inanimate object that creats a murderous intent.

Get a grip.

You have absolutely no idea what you are talking about, and this post shows it.
It's obvious that you didn't follow the litigation and are thoroughly uneducated on the subject.
The facts in the case disproved your opinion.

Go grab a soy latte or something.

This is why they want to take our evil rifles and "normal" capacity magazines. They ruined it for all of us probably the reason why the police have military grade equipment now too.

No law would have prevented these criminals from acquiring these weapons or using them like they did. Armed criminals could not care less about silly gun control laws, they have no effect on them or their actions.

BOO tried to order Colt AR-9 mags from PSA :( they all sold out anyway, cheaperthandirt had them but they won't ship. Guess we gotta wait a bit.

California 10+ Round Magazine Buyers: PSA values your freedom and constitutional rights above all else. However, PSA will not accept new orders nor will ship any order until the Ninth Circuit Federal Court of Appeals mandate becomes finalized. Once this mandate is finalized, we will start accepting new orders and ship 10+ round magazines to California Customers.

AG Becerra issued a press release that says the April 2019 stay on prohibiting the sale of LCMs while the case ran though the appellate process is still in place. So no Freedom Week 2.0. Next step, the AG will probably petition the 9th to rehear En Banc and most likely it'll be granted. Then the En Banc panel will overturn the previous ruling and it'll be back to hoping SCOTUS takes the case, which as of late, they've been avoiding 2A cases.
