2005 Suzuki SV650 - cheap and easy project or ride as-is with very minimal work.
Currently running, with low miles (under 13K). Previous owner had a low speed tip-over then parked the bike for several years. Since then, I have cleaned the fuel injectors, replaced the fuel pump, and swapped for a tank that is very clean inside (although badly dented). The bike is now running very well and can be ridden.
To be street ready, I would recommend new tires, bleed brakes and replace pads, install turn signals. Other than those simple items, it only has cosmetic issues. The seat has been lowered (some padding removed).
I have title from previous owner, however there are some DMV back fees due. According to the DMV online calculator, it would cost $231 (plus sales tax dependent on declared purchase price) for full transfer and new registration (including all back fees). Although there is no indication on the title certificate, an NICB report indicates the bike may be salvaged.
The bike is located in Livermore. It is currently running and can be (very cautiously) test ridden to finalize sale.
SOLD via CL to a fellow Dirtbag Challenge rider!
