$6900/negotiable. 75000 miles. Good condition. 5-speed (manual). Green (gold trim) and tan leather. I bought the car from a dealer in Florida about a year back. Have made no repairs except a couple new bulbs, a door seal, some tires, and a bunch of oil changes.
I'm not too good at selling cars, because I really don't feel comfortable not telling people about all of even the littlest problems with it. But I'd rather have a clear conscience then a bit more money. I gave away my last car for free
I have no mods, but the prior owner hopped it up a little. To be honest, he didn't do a great job. He lowered the car, but didn't get a camber kit to re-angle the wheels, so the front wheels tilt in slightly. A job for the two front wheels will run about $300 or so. He put some monster exhaust on it that makes it sound deeper - but I doubt makes it any faster. I don't really know much about cars so I couldn't say. He also got a set of alloy wheels but lost the center caps. The dealer put a new, improved radiator in it before I bought it.
Since I got the car, the only problem has been the ABS light that comes on from time to time. Haven't checked this out yet, but if I was to keep the car, this would definitely be only my to-do list. I saw an Integra bulletin about this a few weeks back. Does that mean that the dealer will fix? I'm not sure.
Here's a 100% honest list of all the problems that I know of:
- Lowered with no camber kit.
- Driver-side door seal was damaged, so I re-enforced it.
- Minor rock chips on the nose.
- ABS light occasionally comes on.
- Small crack in the dash window.
- Leather is a little dry.
- Micro wiper streaks on the windshield (visible at night).
- Lighter doesn't work, although the socket does provide electricity (never had this looked at).
- Temperature control slider takes a little to much force to slide.
Besides that though, everything is OK from what I can tell. The engine still feels strong and very smooth. All the controls work. I I were to keep the car, my next repairs would probably be:
1) ABS light (be good to your brakes).
2) Camber kit (be good to your tires).
3) Flush the transmission fluid (it's due).
But the car is still pretty great. It's never given me any problems. I never crashed it or raced it. Most of the problems are so minor that I never bothered to get them fixed - and I'm guessing that neither would you. What do you think? Tired of riding in the rain yet? Drop me a line.
Mike.
