Hey all,
In the process of doing a completely custom build on this old barn find ct70 I got a while back. And im sure as you all know, custom build means custom problems. However, I think what I'm dealing with is not too severe just lack of expertise on my part. Hopefully there is some vintage mini bikers on here that could help me out a little. What I have is basically a 1970 Ct70, 108cc kit, manual 4 speed conversion with plenty of other additions. My manual clutch conversion is giving me problems, I cant get the clutch to engage for the life of me. Multiple discussions with the company I got it from and still no solution. It has kind of a weird set up to me. Pull the clutch and it forces the actuator into a small spring with no direct contact with the clutch itself. Ill put some pictures down here to help visualize.
