This possibly the first time I'm going to buy take off dot track tires and I just wanted to know if it's bad buying two different dot track tires? The tires I'm buying is a Dunlop 209 front and a 211 for the rear. Would this be a bad choice having two different tires at B pace?

My brother gave me a super old 250 two stroke kawi. The kick start is broken off and the oil hasn't been changed in like six years. Is there any hope in fixing this thing without buying like a new carb and stuff. If I change the oil and spark plug and replace the kick start handle will it work?
