I another set of fairings to put on but in order to put them on my CBR I need to take these frame slider/race rails off. I can get the front bolts off but the ones in the rear will not come out. I twist and twist but the bolt just keeps moving with the nut. I'm not sure what to do!

I have white aftermarket with black stripes fairing but I could use any for now. It includes all right side.
