So I got my registration renewal for my '08 1series. I was shocked when I saw my registrations fees were ~$450 because my license fee was $388! :thumbdown I looked at the paperwork from when I bought the car last July and I payed $288 in licensing fees then. Anyone have any insight to this...

so on my commute to work, i ride on like 5 different types of road on the freeway..everything from dark black asphalt to light gray striated cement. is there any difference in how your tires stick to these different types of roads? i'd guess your tires will stick the best to the black asphalt...
