I currently have a 96 600 f3 with a toasted engine. I might be getting a 98 motor. Does anyone know if this is a direct swap? i.e. electronics will plugs into my current 96 harnesses?

I just hit something on the freeway the other day and blew out my front tire. The rim is bent. I have a 96 F3 what other rims can I get that are compatable (direct fit)? The dealer wants $500+
