i just had some work done on my bike, burnt spark plugs and the timing(ran out of gas). now my battery keeps going dead. i hooked it up to a reader. the battery is using 12.3 volts and being charged 12.09 volts. what gives?

i ride an 03 gsxr 600. i am looking to do a sprocket conversion to increase the low end power. but am not sure what to look for or if there are any brands to go with or avoid. i see 520-525-530, also how would i do it and not damage the bike?

I havepermit. And it says no freeway driving, but nothing about highways. Thee are mainly 2 hwys I would ride on. Byron hay from Tracy to discovery bay, a 1 lane road each way with a speed limit of 55, pretty straight road. Then hay 205 for about 4 miles a speed limit of 65. 2-4 lane each way...
