How hard is it to do a head gasket? I did many cars head gasket but never a motorcycle head gasket. Is it that different? Or basically the same?

Michelin Pilot Power 2ct or Michelin pilot road 2ct. What tires should i get? I commute to school and work only 20min a day but i do twisty once in a while. so my question is what tire should i buy? A set of the powers are 250 and a set of the road is 300. Which is the better buy?
