Hey I just wanted to know if it is ok to put a 180/55 dot track tire on a 03 gsxr1000. I know it's possible but am I setting my self up for diaster when I'm trying to lean it all the way? Does it make my contact patch that much smaller? I've been putting OEM 180/55 street tires on the rear...

This possibly the first time I'm going to buy take off dot track tires and I just wanted to know if it's bad buying two different dot track tires? The tires I'm buying is a Dunlop 209 front and a 211 for the rear. Would this be a bad choice having two different tires at B pace?
