the throttle on my ysr is real sticky. when i gas it sometimes the throttle will jst stick in that same place without going back to the original position. could this be the cause of the wire untangling? does anyone know if this is an easy fix?

I'm painting some fairingss and i was preping them. I sprayed on my primer and notice in some areas there were alot of little cracks. there not cracks in the fairing, but cracks in the primer. what is this caused from? do i just have to sand it down and respray it. also i am spraying the...
