Took Bowe to the newly refurbished Los Gatos Creek Trail Dog Park today.....It used to be all dirt, and was only suitable on really dry days...They just put down AstroTurf & hard walkways, and some new benches...much nicer... This one was hilarious....Yeah...Its a mini Yorkie jumping up...

Can a regular (ie, San Jose PD) Officer, in a cruiser pull someone for a traffic type offense (speeding, reckless, being dumb etc) on the freeway, or is it purely CHP territory? Thank you.
