Dang man sorry you had that get off on such a fine day. I felt the rear slippin around in the morning sessions so I adjusted pressure and lowered the rear and front a tad and all was better, that is a tricky little turn and has so many ways through it, glad you're ok. It was afriggen crash fest out there yesterday, you were not the only one and I feel fortunate that I got away with it unscathed, it seems as if the corner speeds there are pretty damn high compared to some of the other tracks.

What tires/ pressures were you using?

Pilot Power...one was a 2CT, though I can't actually remember which one off hand (of course the rear is the one in question).

32/31, rec'd by Dave Moss and the tire guys there yesterday.

I've heard other people complain that PPs just stick up to the edge and give away suddenly...I'd kind of agree. I was pretty surprised when it slipped there. I don't remember yanking on the gas that hard.

it wasn't all tire... there's a slight flaw in your technique that happens right before you roll on the gas a bit harder before lowsiding... that and missing the apexes on t2. It's something you can see throughout the vid especially when you miss apexes. Race tires can help but only so much if you keep doing the same thing.

Pressures seem high. I/we ran the Michelins at around 30/22 pretty much all season. Give or take a pound or two for fine tuning for conditions. Doubt it was tires though. Glad you are OK.
