I think that's Rainey. What year did superbikes go from 1000's to 750's... 1983? Spencer & Lawson already moved up, the Interceptor was Honda's big weapon, and Rainey stomped them all... but i could be wrong...

Edit: #50 could be Bubba Shobert, one of his early road race rides.
