Stuffed Jalapeños,
Greek salad,
Glazed pork chops and pinto beans.

Chips etc.

No booze though. To much death and misery in my family from booze for me to be comfortable serving it at an event in my house.

I'm at work.
The spread they put out is ridiculous.
Pulled pork
Devils on horseback
Babybacks
Chili
Every dip and chip you've ever heard of.
And other stuff that escapes me at the moment.

Went to my buddies house to watch the game. Me, him and his wife.
I brought some Italian sausage that I smoked a few weeks ago, a chunk of parmigiano reggiano and crackers. Whenever I run the smoker, I fill the spaces with italian sausages.
Cracked open a couple of beers and watched the debacle.

How long do you let them go for and at what temps? Are they raw or the precooked kind?

The sausages are raw. I buy the big Costco packs. Decent sausage for the price. Temp is not critical, the sausage is small compared to a rack of ribs or a butt. The hardest part is knowing when to pull them. They can go from cooked to over cooked pretty fast. Knowing your smoker is key as there will be hot spots that need to be watched and liked I said, it doesn't take long to over cook the sausages. Folks love my smoked italians and fellow smokers who I've talked into trying sausage all have overcooked the first time.

Neighbors we've been pandemic-podding with threw down for a full BBQ spread from Saison Smokehouse. Gawwddamm it was good. Three different kinds of wings along with ribs and some of the best pastrami I've had outside of NYC, plus a bunch of really good sides. Not cheap but it's not as expensive as you might think and man, they really know what they're doing.

To drink we made whiskey sours, took down a magnum of Anchor Holiday Ale, then moved on to proper Manhattans for the night cap.
