Cool! I don't know much about those bikes but thats a lot of valves to adjust!
Found an engine diagram online. Looks like two cam chains and some kind of primary chain too.

looks like the two-chain cam-drive allows the head to be an inch narrower on the intake side than it would be with a single cam-chain?
trying to figure out how the smaller-appearing sprockets driving the intake cam stay in time with the bigger exhaust cam sprockets ...?
edit: guess the exhaust sprocket does the half step down and then a smaller set of sprockets just spins the cams together at the same speed ...? (cams spin at 1/2 crank speed in 4T?)
can't say I recall another production motorcycle with the CBX's two chain set-up ...
doesn't your Dream 50 have an unusual cam-drive, also ...? :dunno
