Tiny forum smilies, etc.

Usually, I can find an error and eliminate the problem on forums. However, I have had very small forum parts, like the avatar/personality part to the left and the smilies for quite some time. It is like someone is trying to fit the forum into a small phone interface, even though I am using a Macbook Pro with Safari. Any ideas how to fix my problem?

(If this has been covered, I admit to being an idiot.)

User error, or course. I had out-smarted myself. I found my defective brain cells and had them removed. Now, I can barf like the usual moron that I am. arty
