Skeleton Passenger on Halloween?

Hello LEO
Would I be getting into trouble if I mounted a human-size Skeleton onto the passenger position of my motorcycle and rode around with it this October?

This would be around my local-neighborhood, and maybe highway-9 then Skyline to Alice's and back. No Interstate or large-highway riding or other high-density high-speed roads where this would clearly be a hazard.

Reading into it online I've found the CA-Under-glow Laws for lighting, notes about engine exhaust, noise, tinted windows, etc. The CA-DMV website is a maze of links and topics which has yet to surface the appropriate law or vehicle-code topic. I see all kinds of "distraction" modifications from colors, to political messages, to business advertising with LED-lights, etc but not yet found whats governing such things.

Would riding around with a skeleton passenger for a couple weeks in October be serious enough to warrant a citation? If so what type or level?

Thank you.

Update - October 3rd 2019
As requested, here is the resulting Skeleton. There is a PVC-post and support-base helping to keep it up-right and securely held onto the bike.

Need pix and video if you do it.

Reminds me of my next door neighbor when I was growing up. He was a physical therapist and had a real human skeleton. You could usually find the skeleton sitting on one end of his living room sofa with a glass of scotch in its hand. Of course the neighbor had a glass of scotch as well.

Just another piece or two of well secured cargo, in my experience...

Meet Dr. Bones. I pick him and his pet parrot up on October 1 out near LLNL Site 300 on Corral Hollow Road, hitching a ride at night, and he hangs out the entire month of October before mysteriously disappearing at midnight on Halloween.

Those helmetless skeletons are living dangerously

Riddle me this.
Nothing explicitly illegal, so long as Mr. Skeleton doesn't fall off. Just be aware you'll be drawing extra attention to yourself so you might want to be well within the limits of the law as it pertains to speed and lane changes and what not.

There's always someone who rolls around with a bloody (fake) leg hanging out of a trunk. Gets multiple 9-1-1 calls.

Thank you

Thank you for all the responses and support. :)

This lends some confidence that a $40 skeleton prop wont turn into a $$$ ticket or other problem that would overshadow its fun value.

I'll be making sure everything is tied down and secured to keep the prop in-place and prevent any bits from flying off at inopportune times.

I'll post pictures once its mounted.
