My practice is to host images on imgur and link them rather than host them locally, as it decreases the traffic load on BARF to do so.

This is the same message I was getting last week when posting a long list of URLs. I found that a shorter list was possible, so the workaround would be multiple posts.

I suspect our problems are related, since both involve URLs and produce the same message. Mine went away temporarily but has returned today.

Insyder: The test case in my thread (post #2) is again misbehaving and may be useful for debugging. Edit the post and extend it by duplicating one line to get the error message.

EDIT, 1/24,17:10: Test case has been modified so it is text only, no URLs. Error is caused same as before, by duplicating one line. Seems to crap out at around 9400 characters (counting only characters I put in the reply box).

EDIT, 1/25, 9:15: My previous test case is working as expected today--no error message. Those having trouble posting images might want to try again. The problem may not yet be permanently fixed, but maybe you can post that image now.
