Chalk Bluff / Burlington Ridge conditions?

Anyone ridden there lately? Snow? Good to go?

I have a three new-ish younger riders that have been to PiPi and was looking to take them to a new fun place.

I rode there three weeks ago and it was dusty but fun. I'm sure its changed. Report from Foresthill last weekend was hero dirt, probably similar at Chalk Bluff.

With the rain today, fri/sat/sun will be perfect at either place. I plan on going myself, maybe I’ll post on Thumpertalk.

I was there 2 weeks ago, after the first rain/snow.
Perfect conditions.
Sunday (after it snowed Saturday night), not so much. Cold. 32/33. Couple of inches of snow on the trails.
