Use a photoshop program. Basically open a picture file and crop it to fit.

Crop to fit is a pretty bad way of doing it. Your best bet is to RESIZE or SCALE it. Scale to 150 x 150 pixels. Photoshop is a good tool for doing it. A free solutiuon is Paint Shop Pro

i got it thanks, thats me and my baby!!! that was before i put the tank bra on and also the scratches on the right side were being covered up by yours truly. its all fixxed now though

haha i didnt want to be cleaning white wheels every 5 miles or every stoplight(whichever one comes first) the funny thing is that the dealer that i wanted to get the bike from offered me a r1 for my check. i didnt take it cause its my first street bike. i would probably be dead by now if i had. i like the red/silver cause around here almost every gixxer is blue/white and i like to stand out to the ladies.

also i would like to say that some day i am actually gonna make it up there to ride with you guys. i have family in milpitas so i have a place to stay but money and weather are keeping me away. i will be there for the sears point race though
