We're planning to camp on Buck Island on BLM land, and not in the regional park area. I think they are totally separate.

Scuderia PSA bikes not picked up from Service - Better get down there if you still want your bike

I was just at Scuderia today. They did me a solid on my repair that I had to go back and get re-repaired. Their situation sounds a bit dire, and it feels like they might be closing up shop (Like permanently but hopefully only temporary) They are trying to get all the bikes done that have...

The Stonyford Mendocino Complex Fire Recovery Thread

I believe that the campgrounds at Davis, South Fork, Gray Pine, ect are open now, but there is no trail riding right yet... I'm hoping to go up July 4th and bring my DS to ride around on whatever forest roads are open to look around.

    Camping off Nacimiento-Ferguson

Good question.. I'll wait for your ride report to find out.. A few trips I've made up there are here. Not sure if the linked pictures still work though. Barf's own Captain Spaulding had some issues with the flies. http://www.bayarearidersforum.com/forums/showthread.php?t=500855...

    Sheetiron group up/discussion thread

Would anyone be interested in doing a pre-SI shakedown ride at Stony the weekend of 5/5-5/06. I need to get out on a long ride to see if my recently broken body and repaired bike are up to a long dual sport ride so I’m thinking about a 65-75 mile loop. Basically from Davis Flat north up to M3...

Help with running both a DC and AC system on Dual Sport

I'm even more of a Luddite than CJ, but if you do end up running DC all the way around I've been using this one on my XR4 as an upgrade from my original Baja Designs small battery. It's a bit beefier and I zip tied mine inside the airbox. This one has a second output on the battery that I run...
