normally when i turn the bike on, it makes a sound and boots up. however, this time, it doesnt make any sounds and at the bottom it says 10101 CHEC, does anyone know what this code means? checked the fuse and its not that.

ok, my friend's insurance company said they would only cover $200 of his helmet cost because it is considered "clothing" i was under the impression that insurance companies must cover ALL of helmet costs because it is california state law that all motorcyclists must wear a helmet. is it a law...
