Best Time to arrive for a 50cc (Sac and SF Traffic)
All- A buddy of mine is leaving New York for a 50cc to arrive into the Bay Area Monday AM. A 50cc is riding coast to coast, his being NYC to SF, in 50 hours. Question is... when is the earliest he'd reasonably be able to get through Sacremento (coming via 80 from Tahoe/Reno) and not be ensued...
