In an article in today's SF Chronicle - they're talking about adding an additional toll of up to $2 for using the bridge approach between Lombard and the toll booths, to pay for the cost of repairing/upgrading. Didn't say whether m/c would be charged during rush hour or not.

That was about how long a bike was laying in the middle of track under the bridge going into T11 yesterday in the 750 Superbike (?) race before another guy t-boned it. The impact launched said rider into what observers described as a full layout flip and fireball worthy of a James Bond movie...

Anyone know where I can go to get a tire changed (for my Harley)? I'll take the wheel off the bike and even bring a tire if they don't sell them - just can't stand paying shop rates for this. Ends up costing $50 a tire - and that's if they're already off the bike. Any ideas?? (Not interested...
