I want to fix up a stock 50 for the street. Looking for used parts or whatever: heavy duty front and back springs, handlebars, throttle, trippleclamp, street tires, and whatever else that might be good, cheap, or recommended. Any leads or suggestions welcome. :p

What does the bike prefer? Does it make any difference in starting the bike? Roll down the driveway in third, engage the clutch and go? Or shift down to neutral and kick-start the bike, just to have to shift up again? TIA!
