2008 Honda CBR 600RR ~12.5K miles $5,500 Bought in 2012 used from dealer. Selling because I don't ride it anymore. Bike runs great. New sprockets, chain, forks re-sealed in 2014. Speedometer is off by 10% because of non-stock sprockets (+1/-1) Bike is located in Cupertino. More photos here...

Rear tire on my bike is worn, but not really badly. If i would want ride it I would probably change it. But I am planning to sell it soon. Money wise - better to sell as-is or change it?

I am going to change my insurance company, and my current policy expires at the end of December. I am not planning to ride it until spring, at least. Do I still required to have insurance anyway? Or I can just get a policy when I will start riding again?
