Well said Dennis, Hoho was a great man, warm and funny. I needed 25 more years with him. Godspeed Hoho. We will hang on the other side.

Met Hoho at a few rallies, super cool guy.
Truely saddened to hear of his passing. Thinking of his family and loved ones.

Hoho was a real gem, and I'll miss hanging with him out on the highways.

Good share to start Dennis and many kind thoughts and words to follow. I was aware this was coming but it doesn’t ease the sadness. As I started making more Rallies we started talking more and I realized he was someone I wanted to know.
Ran into Horace, I finally asked him his real name a couple years ago, at McDonalds before the Weaverville departure and we shared health stories. I was impressed he was riding and soon understood that riding there and back was a commitment for him and an honor for us.

What can I say that others haven't already. You'll always be remembered at the rallies. I'll certainly be raising a glass or two in your honor at Kernville next week. RIP Hoho

Taze away, Yana...
When I first read this I thought it was another barfer. Devastated to realize it was actually someone as special as HOHO.

An absolute tragedy. I supremely enjoyed his company.

Hoho had a superpower that only a very, very few have in this world; he had the gift of turning strangers into friends with only a few words. His warmth and kindness will be missed and (in part, thanks to Dennis's renaming of the rally) remembered for years to come. We are all so lucky to have known him in our own ways. Rest and ride in peace, Hoho.

I'm so sad to hear this. HoHo was one of the good ones. His smile lit up the room. The world got a little darker with his passing.
May the roads be beautiful where you ride now, my friend. You will be missed. :rose

I didn't know HoHo personally & only knew him because of him moderating the new Shooting Gallery sub-forum. Yet it's very saddening to find out someone you were just getting to know has passed away. RIP HoHo.

So much and so little I can say at this moment. He always made me laugh, something I've been missing lately. I love you all, so much.

memories....

am sitting here in the quiet darkness, thinking of you. i knew little of the life you lived. but much about the effect you had on the lives you touched, including mine.

good man...to all who read your words

treasured friend...to all who had the pleasure of sharing your company

kindred spirit... to all who threw a leg over a moto and wrung every last ounce of pure thrill out of it

i know you are twisting the throttle hard into that big sweeper and sliding into heaven, with a beautiful celebratory stand up wheelie to announce your arrival in grand style. give a big hi-five to our peeps that are there to greet you. we’ll all be joining you eventually on that glorious ribbon of road.

back it in babe, and rest in sweet peace.

Thanks Budman

I didn't even know he was sick. We were just playing Words with Friends together a few months ago.

Anyway, this is heartbreaking news, and Cancer can go fuck itself.

R.I.P. Hoho. I'll miss you :rose

RIP Hoho. :rose

I only met ya at rallies.
But I'll never forget.
Your "that" way.
Memorable.

A few from a couple of Weaverville Rallies.
